Sillion is a strategic advisory practice focused on communications, narrative, and stakeholder positioning around the energy transition and sustainability.
Advisory-led strategy
Founded in 2020 as an expert sustainability transition and communications consultancy, Sillion has evolved into a smaller practice focused on strategic communications for organisations that are sensitive and responsive to the sustainability transition.
Our work is advisory-led. Clients retain access to senior judgement, perspective, and sense-checking on complex, high-stakes issues. Where needed, we lead discrete projects, supported by specialist resource.
We are not a communications agency and we do not operate as an outsourced team. Our value sits in judgement, pattern recognition, and decision support at senior level.
Why we exist
For transition-facing companies, the external environment is structurally harder. Politics are more contested, scrutiny is sharper, and the gap between what is promised and what is provable is actively policed by regulators, investors, journalists, activists and competitors.
Many organisations have comms teams, policy people, technical specialists and investor relations - but the integrating function is missing: someone who can combine transition substance, stakeholder dynamics and reputational risk into clear leadership guidance. Sillion exists to provide that missing counsel.

Where it strengthens outcomes, we collaborate with a small circle of senior specialists under the Sillion approach and standards - expanding range without diluting the principal-led model.
