Mariana Spratley

Mariana is a business manager and project coordinator with over 10 years’ experience working with leadership and senior management in international organisations in the human rights, policy, and education sectors. She manages Sillion’s day to day, focusing on internal planning and coordination. Previous to joining Sillion, she worked at Amnesty International and the London School of Economics.

Mariana holds a BA in Portuguese and English Languages and Literature from the NOVA University of Lisbon, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Political Science and International Relations from the Catholic University of Portugal.

She grew up near the ocean, and is very partial to pastel de nata.
